We use robotics in inspection, material handling, and machining operations to improve automation and quality control throughout our facility and enable lights-out capabilities for expedited orders or large production volumes.
We utilize robotics in a variety of ways in our facility. The major use is in moving parts in and out of the different machining cells during lights-out or unattended operations. This way, we can maximize our efficiency and improve the quality and costs for our customers as well. Plus, like much of our facility, we adapt our robotics and automation technologies to suit the needs of different projects. This can include some quality control and inspection operations to ensure that parts meet dimensional tolerances and other major quality standards set by the customer.
