Kaseman Machine has provided quality precision parts manufacturing since 1985, focusing on high-quality, American-made components for a variety of industries. From expert machining capabilities and the latest in CNC technology to integrated robotic and automation technologies for better efficiency to a variety of secondary and value-added services, we provide our customers with manufacturing solutions. Manufacturing Capabilities
We serve a diverse customer base, from agriculture equipment to firearms to many other types of OEMs, offering everything from prototype to production to delivery.
- CNC Turning: Multiple CNC Lathes to tackle any design, big or small
- CNC Milling: Vertical and Horizontal CNC Mills for increased versatility
- Robotics and Automation are integrated throughout the facility to increase efficiency and maintain quality
- Secondary Operations, such as grinding, welding, heat treating, plating, sawing, and assembly to ensure complete solutions for precision parts manufacturing
- Inspection Equipment, including CMM, laser scanning, Keyence Vision system, optical comparators, Proflometers, and Trimos height stands
We also use Gibbscam and Bobcad to program our machines, assist with part design and development in custom projects, and ensure the designs are ready for manufacturing.
