Precision CNC Machining

Across our 16,000-square-foot facility, KMI has several CNC machining centers. Our lathes are equipped with live tooling, sub-spindles, and robotic automation. At the same time, our vertical and horizontal mills feature high-speed spindles and through-spindle coolant systems to ensure efficiency and part accuracy. Our fully automated CNC cells can produce over 10,000 units monthly, with lights-out production and even more space to scale up as needed. We also have many inspection machines to ensure quality at every production stage.
