Kaseman Machine, Inc. (KMI) offers expert CNC mill machining services to a wide range of industries, providing superior quality that meets or exceeds our customers’ expectations. We have a variety of CNC milling machines, including vertical and horizontal machining centers, from well-known and reliable brands like Kitamura, Haas, Robo-drill, and Doosan. Most of our CNC mills are equipped with high-speed spindles and through-spindle coolant systems to ensure efficiency and quality control with each operation. Our expertise in milling allows us to provide our customers with highly precise components for diverse industries.

Mill Machining

KMI is committed to providing our customers with precision machining services that meet or exceed their expectations. We have a variety of CNC mills to handle all different types of operations.

CNC Mills

  • 1 – Doosan MV3016L, 3-axis, 16” x 30” travels dual arm changer, 30 tool capacity, high pressure thru the spindle coolant.
  • 2 –Haas VF-2 Super Speed 3-axis, 16” x 30” travels, dual arm changer, 24 tool capacity,12,000 rpm, TSC.
  • 1 – Haas MDC500 vertical machining center w/ pallet changer, TSC, 24 tools.
  • 1-Haas DT-2 w/ 20,000 rpm & Fanuc robot
  • 2-Kitamura HX300 IG horizontal machining center w/15,000 rpm, TSC, 60 tools
  • 1-Fanuc Robo drill w/ robotic cell
